2. By calling our office:

Call our office at 716-226-6323 and our friendly staff will help you make your reservation. The office is open from 10am to 4pm Central Standard Time (Mon-Fri). Alternatively please leave a phone message, and we will get back to you the next working day.

After you make your reservation:
 • Within 24 hours you will receive a confirmation and an email with a link to the secured online credit card payment process of TWYP (ING Bank).
• After we have received full payment, you will be able to access your Personal Page on our website which gives you all the information about your Feather Down farm and your holiday.
